Onesimo Mazai Moyo is the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development..Before he became a permanent secretary, Moyo served as the Chief Executive and General Manager of Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe. Moyo also serves as a Non-Executive Director of GB Holdings Limited and Chairman of the Company’s Audit and Risk Management Committee.
