Mr Tongai Matthew Muzenda is the current General Manager of the Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe (MMCZ). He holds a Masters of Business Leadership degree from University of South Africa and BSc Honours in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe.

Mr Muzenda is a seasoned Business and Marketing Leader with over 30 years’ experience gained across several sectors including Mining, Agriculture and Public Sector Services. He worked for Anglo American Corporation Services Limited in different managerial capacities. He also worked as Marketing and Commercial Director and Chief Executive Officer of Zimbabwe Alloys Limited, a company involved in the production of Low & High Carbon Ferrochrome and Ferro Silicon Chrome.

Mr Muzenda was a Member of Parliament for Gutu West, Masvingo for five years and served as a Deputy Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare for two years. He has held various directorships in Government entities (e.g. MMCZ) and private organisations (e.g. Paradise Motel and Gutu Cross-Road Service Station).
